Feb 2025 - Canadian shipping will start using UPS instead of USPS.

 -Domestic orders ship next business day via USPS.
-New customers, and anything triggering fraud or shipping issues have longer handling time.
-Larger orders may ship UPS, and have extended handling times.
-Canadian orders only ship a few times a month via UPS and are subject to additional shipping costs for oversized orders.

You are responsible for double checking your address is correct!
-Any orders returned due to customers improperly filling out their own address will be held until the customer pays to resend the package. Any refund requests for this reason will exclude the shipping costs and result in lifetime bans.
-Payment charge-backs for any reason will also result in lifetime bans.

 

All sales are final for these custom items, and no returns will be accepted for any reason.

All orders placed from outside the US, orders with payment/shipping addresses not matching, or having an error in your address for any reason, will automatically trigger fraud protection measures and have a hold placed on the order until payment clears and/or the order is deemed safe to fill.
